2018 IOTA North American Annual Meeting Registration Form

The 2018 IOTA North American Annual Meeting will be held on Friday, April 20, at the Crowne Plaza Suffern-Mahwah Hotel, 3 Executive Blvd., Suffern, NY. Discounted hotel rates can be obtained by calling the hotel and asking for the NEAF group rate.

If you plan to attend the meeting in whole or in part, whether in person or remotely, please fill out the form below to help us know who is attending and to help us plan the on-site portion of the weekend.  There is no charge to attend the IOTA Annual Meeting.
