1. Download Zip file
2. Right-click on folder and Extract to....  any location on your hard drive
3. Folder should contain:
    Occular 4.02.exe
    occular_manual.chm
    ZedGraph.dll

4. Double-click on Occular 4.02.exe to run app from folder or,
5. Right-click app and Send to... Desktop (create shortcut)
6. User Manual can be opened by double-clicking from within the folder.
   It is NOT available from within the program itself, despite what the Menu shows.
